Shipping Policy — You Good? Clothing (YGC)

Order Processing

  • Orders are printed on demand in Australia and generally shipped within 7 business days of your order date (Mon–Fri, excluding QLD public holidays).
  • Items ship when all items in your order are ready. The dispatch window appears on the product page.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post tracked services 

  • Standard: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Authority To Leave (ATL): You can choose ATL at checkout. Once a parcel is marked delivered, YGC is not responsible for loss or theft.

Note: Rural/remote areas may take longer. Peak periods (Nov–Dec) can add delays outside our control.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via international tracked services.
  • Delivery estimates vary by destination and service, typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.
  • Customs, duties & taxes: Any import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We can’t under-declare or mark orders as gifts.

Rates & Taxes (All rates in Australian Dollars)

Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and service level.

One shirt will generally cost $9 for standard post. Orders of $99AUD or more will attract FREE POSTAGE.*
Australia Post Standard Domestic Shipping rates: 

  • 0-500g: $9
  • 501g - 1kg: $12.35
  • 1kg - 3kg: $14.55
  • 3kg - 5kg: $16.90
  • Extra Cost per KG over 5kg: $1.80

Australia Post Domestic Express Shipping rates (AUD): 

  • 0-500g: $15
  • 501g - 1kg: $18.50
  • 1kg - 3kg: $23
  • 3kg - 5kg: $29
  • Extra Cost per KG over 5kg: $3

International Standard Shipping rates (AUD): 

  • 0-500g: $15
  • 501g - 1kg: $18.50
  • 1kg - 3kg: $23.50
  • 3kg - 5kg $27.90
  • Extra Cost per KG over 5kg: $7

*Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly shown on site and applied at checkout when eligible. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other discount offer.

All prices include GST.

Tracking & Notifications

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves us.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the first scan.

Address Changes

  • Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout.
  • Need a correction? Email sales@yougoodclothing.com within 12 hours with the correct details and your order number.
  • If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can re-ship at cost or refund item(s) minus shipping.

Delays & Carrier Issues

  1. Check your tracking link for scans or attempted delivery cards.
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for the quickest resolution.
  3. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll help open an enquiry with the carrier.

Lost or Missing Parcels

  • A parcel is considered lost when the carrier completes an investigation and confirms loss (timeframes vary).
  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate it, please check safe-drop spots, neighbours, and your building manager first, then contact the carrier.
  • Where carrier insurance applies, we’ll assist with the claim. Outcomes are subject to the carrier’s assessment.

Damaged Items

  1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged item(s).
  2. Email sales@yougoodclothing.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
  3. We’ll organise a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
